Renew Moline, Inc. and the City of Moline are working in partnership to re-imagine the river front with opportunities created by the construction of the new I-74 Bridge. The Moline River Front + Centre Plan guides this work, which emphasizes the importance of community engagement and a team approach during the planning process.
